What ever you do in life can be enhanced by hypnosis. The subconscious mind has incredible power to influence positive change without a lot of conscious effort. Remember your thoughts create your reality much like a computer program. We can change if we change our programming. Thinking new thoughts and creating change for the better.

Hypnosis can be used to assist an inner-directed therapeutic approach that facilitates a natural altered state of consciousness, allowing the client's subjective or inner source to engage in a holistic self-unifying and self-healing process. Our inner source of consciousness is timeless (containing past, present, and future) and works holistically – with the client's mind, body, and spirit- to achieve healing and creative goals that lead to new dimensions of integration and growth.


WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is an attention focusing, inner directed process. It aids in relaxation while increasing awareness. It is a state of altered consciousness between awake and asleep. It connects us with our own inner source of wisdom and self healing capacity. It opens us to suggestions for change by focusing attention and is perfectly safe.


WHAT WILL I DO?

You will sit, close your eyes, and concentrate inwardly. You will remain aware of everything around you. Some sessions may include guided imagery and some may focus on inner reflection. Suggestions that you request will often be used. The idea is to passively examine, without judging or resisting what you might think, feel, or visualize. This will be followed by discussion of anything that comes into your awareness.


WHAT TYPE OF EXPERIENCE MIGHT OCCUR?

You will be deeply relaxed. Suggestions you request will be spoken to your subconscious or, if you request non-directive hypnosis, images may just come into your awareness. Your mind generates whatever you may need for your own growth or healing. In general, experiences are either creative or therapeutic.
